DNA, LLC was started in 2004 with a goal to
provide superior network consulting services to various government
customers. David Dougherty, the President of DNA has worked on some of the
worlds largest data networks. Mr. Dougherty started his career as a
Network Engineer for some of the most notable Internet Service Providers
including Mclean based CAIS Internet, Qwest Communications, and served as
a Sr. Internet Analyst for AOL Time Warner’s Network Operations Center
until starting DNA and moving into the public sector.

In early 2004 Mr. Dougherty served as a
Network Engineer at the Pentagon providing consulting services for the
Pentagon Renovations Command Communications Survivability Program (CCSP).
CCSP was responsible to develop and install a survivable IT and
communications infrastructure capable of withstanding a future terrorist
attack on a scale similar to or greater than the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.
Mr. Dougherty provided requirement design, and support to the U.S. Army
Information Technology Agency’s (ITA) DataCenter branch. Primary design
challenges were to provide the datacenter with a disaster recovery
solution utilizing some of the most advanced technologies to ensure
seamless transition of data in the event of a natural disaster, or another
terrorist attack on the Pentagon.

Currently DNA provides technical requirement
analysis and Sr. Project Engineering Design services to various DOD
agencies within the Pentagon and surrounding National Capital Region.
